Chatbot
At marhaz.com, we offer a chat function that uses AI technology provided by Denser AI. When you use the chat, the information you enter is processed in order to provide you with a quick and relevant response. Your messages are sent to our chatbot provider, Denser AI, and may be processed by a large language model (LLM), OpenAI’s GPT technology, to generate an answer.
We recommend that you do not enter sensitive personal information in the chat (e.g., health information, national identification numbers, or political or religious information), as the chat function is not designed to handle this type of data.
The purpose of this processing is to provide efficient customer service and make it easier for you to find information about our services. The information is stored only to the extent necessary to deliver the chat function and is processed in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
Denser AI and any sub-processors process information solely on our behalf and in accordance with data processing agreements and applicable security requirements.
Sharing
We may share data internally within MARHAZ group entities and with trusted processors to manage your request. We do not transfer data outside the EU/EEA unless adequate safeguards are in place.
Retention
Data is stored securely and deleted after 24 months, unless legal obligations require longer retention.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data. You can also object to processing or withdraw consent.
